3 weeks later still nothing Turnbull didn’t want to negotiate with American Express. So then American Express sent me to collections and I used an attorney provided by them to negotiate that. Then I made three extra deposits to fund that in addition to my regular deposits. Then they didn’t pay the American Express settlement and now I’m going to get my wages garnished for what Turnbull didn’t do. Not happy. After 3 weeks now they have still not addressed the issue and I still haven’t spoken with an attorney. It absolutely horrible. Countless sleepless night

Using them for a debt consolidation and they haven’t helped me yet. They were supposed to help me and this is the second time something has been ruled against me out of nowhere and I’m somehow expected to pay over $12,000 magically.
They aren’t helpful at all and don’t really give you insight into how to handle any situation.

The entire firm and guest relations are very knowledgeable, professional, always accessible and always asked if I had further questions and/or need more explanation.
