Absolutely horrible. Took 2 weeks to cancel the program and they still kept withdrawing money from my account, causing me to go negative and receive several nsf fees from the bank. After just having surgery this is a bad cave to get out of. I’m worse off now than I was when I started.

Khalid has greatly exceeded my expectations in every way. It was the first time I worked with an attorney who actually put me at ease and calmed me down about the situation. He was very knowledgeable, worked fast, very responsive, and extremely easy to talk to and work with. He really deserves all the praise and I can’t thank him enough.

I have to admit, after nearly 5 years of working with them and still not having my debt paid off, it feels like this process wasn't worth it. I have one remaining debt of $12K, and nearly $9K in my account that needs to be paid off. Yet, every month, it feels like the balance never gets closer to being resolved. At this point, I don’t understand why they can't call the creditor and negotiate directly. It finally dawned on me that the reason might be the high fees they charge. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them again, and I am determined to stay out of debt just to avoid working with them in the future. On top of that, my account password never works, and I never receive the reset email. For a company taking in so much money, having a properly functioning website should be a basic expectation—it's almost laughable.

Do review all other options before choosing Trumbull Law Group. Extremely rigid and refuses to consider suggested options. Cannot recommend.

BEWARE!!! The Trumbull law group is far from being trustworthy. Our journey began 48 months ago. The sales tactics were pretty aggressive but, the salesman made it sound great, in the beginning they settled a few credit card debt. As time went by they just stopped and everything was on Strategic hold, then I noticed that some of my debts had just been written off. And then came the lawsuits from the companies they didn’t even contact. Then came the bank account garnishments. Here is what they DON’T tell you they tell you we settled your debt for 50 percent of what you owed. But WAIT! For settling that account they charge you 27 percent of the total amount of the debt. So you are actually paying 77 percent of the debt. They also leave out the monthly fees, 130.00 to 150.00 They pay your creditors 10.00 dollars a month just to drag out your monthly payments. We ended our HORRIBLE journey with Trumbull and talked with the credit card companies ourselves and they agreed to work with us, in one month without Trumbull being involved we have paid off 3 of the debts they were paying 10.00 a month to, and have settled 2 more accounts. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!! You can settle with the companies yourself. I don’t know why they have you talk to an attorney the attorney doesn’t help you when you get sued in court for the amount of debt. Trumbull Law group is completely unethical. It doesn’t matter if you have enrolled the debt Turnbull doesn’t contact them and then you end up being sued for the total amount plus court costs. You can do this! Talk to your creditors do this for yourself. If you use Turnbull you will regret it. TURNBULL IS FULL OF BULL!

Some thing that I was really never was presented with. Yes Turnbull will help settle your debts. That’s all well and fine and when you noticed that oh they got 50% off so that you only owe half you turn around and their fees are the other half so they’re not really helping you save, anything because you’re total amount due to your creditors is exactly what you’re pretty much paying for them to do your service. It just discusses me that they never said anything about having such high fees To eliminate some of your debt and pay it off sooner, to say the least they really come out better than their clients.
