I have deposited over $9,000 and only have over 15 debits in the settlement process and so far only 3 are in the settlement process. Which with all 3 debits combined only add up to $1200 and one of the debits is being listed twice so I a am paying on the same debit twice. Can't get an answer from anyone and very disappointed and frustrated. This is not what I was told how this would work. I am on the verge of cancelling this program and doing it myself.

Had issues with a debt law suit and not once did anyone call back ,we got sued and are going to garnish which is why we hired them in first place

Folks, please read its helpful. See my example of a true negotiation. Also ask tons of questions: Debt Settlement for One Creditor $2,455.00 +27% fee of enrolled One Creditor $1,308.42 Total Now due --------------------------------- $3,763.42 Enrolled Debt of One Creditor (4,846.00) MY TRUE SAVINGS $1,082.58 PLUS - there is a $9.95 a month Service Fee, Plus a $10 charge for each "Check" for "Each Creditor" that is sent on your behalf to your Creditor. Attorney Fees are taken first. If you can negotiate your own debts do it. You can easily pull the Debts from the program at any time as you 'negotiate and pay them yourself'....very possibly be able to get a better TRUE SAVINGS (see above)....HOWEVER your Payment Amount to the firm Stays the Same, you cannot change it. Customer Service can be very snarky and WILL hang up on you...had it done a few times. positive - It does take a load off of you with the constant calls and worrying. Hope this helps someone!!!

SCAM ALERT**** SCAM ALERT**** I put my better judgment aside when I enrolled with this company giving them the benefit of the doubt, I was absolutely taken advantage of and charged so much money I did not agree to . anyone reading this, stay far away.
