I am very pleased with the communications and the quick responses to my questions and concerns concerning my enrollment in this program. I don't have to contact them with the status on my accounts being solved because I am contacted regularly with the status and that is a PLUS . Cancelled the program bc of the high interest rates the company gets when I realized I can negotiate on my own for free. They kept my remaining balance in my dedicated account after I was told by two different agents on two separate days I would receive the refund in 7 days. Never got it and had inquiry sent to supervisor who never called back. So I call and no supervisor is available to talk to me. Very shady and sad for those who truly want to honestly get out of debt.
