Michael was the go to guy after researching several criminal lawyers in the Chicago land area. Someone close to me needed a lawyer to represent him after being charged with a misdemeanor. This was worrisome since he had a clean record and obviously didn't want this affecting his future. Well luckily we got a hold of Michael and he was very attentive and knowledgeable. Formerly a prosecutor, he knew exactly what we were up against which allowed us to better prepare for the court date. There were a total of two separate charges and a conviction. Michael was able to drop a charge as well as the conviction, which would have been a nightmare process. This was definitely a favorable outcome considering the circumstances surrounding the case. Although my hope is we never need Michael's services again, I will definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled and professional lawyer who can best represent anyone in Chicagoland.

Hiring Michael O'Meara was the best decision that my family made. My brother got arrested last year in December which resulted in his arrest due to cannabis. While going through the process of bonding my brother out of jail Michael was kind enough to give us his expertise on what to do without charge which my family appreciated a lot since most lawyers charge for legal advice or consultation. After bonding my brother out we decided to go ahead with the decision on hiring Michael as a lawyer since he also has the expertise of a prosecutor. Michael O'Meara has helped my brother in not getting convicted of a Class 4 Felony nor jail time. The end result of my brothers case resulted in a Misdemeanor which is far better compared to a Felony which is what he was originally charged with. I have to say that Michael is one awesome lawyer. In regards to my case he stayed by my side for over two years to get the best resolution for me. He listened to me even when I called him in panic, he always gave me the options and allowed for me to make certain decisions before we stood in front of the judge. Michael was honest with me from the beginning. He informed me that this was going to be a long process and for me not to give up because he was not going to give up on me. This was the reason that I decided to go with him as my lawyer. I was charged with a DUI more than twice the legal limit and I was facing serious jail time due to me having prior Dui arrest in the past. He was able help keep me from doing any jail time. She is awesome. When I had to take my education classes I was told that only 22% of people get approved for a hard ship permits and she was able to get mine. She has a 90%plus success rate. The cost is very reasonable for all the work she has to do. I strongly recommend her if you want to get driving privileges and your license reinstated. By using her I got my license back at lest 6 months earlier than I would have with out her. Plus she is well known and highly respected by the people she deals with at the hearings for permits and license reinstatement

I had a recent run-in with the law (obviously) and had the fortune of meeting Andy! He's surprisingly empathetic and listening for what one would think a stereotypical attorney would be. He easily talks to me 'on my level' despite obviously being of a higher class. Anyhow, he did everything he could and we're happy with the outcome. Andy is always very busy which is probably a good sign for an attorney. Naturally, I don't want to get involved with the law again but it wouldn't be too bad knowing that Andy is on my side. ;)

Andy was very kind, thorough and understanding of the situation. He was very patient with my son given the situation. Andrew Gable, was the attorney that represented me upon getting arrested for an AUUW. The case in the minimum outcome was a MANDATORY Felony conviction and a minimum sentence to 1-3 years in Prison… This easily would have been the worst event to occur in my life. Completely hopeless and worried about what was to come I had no clue what was my next move. Until a good friend of mine recommended Mr. Gable. I gave Mr. Gable a call and right away he gave me advice, suggestions, what could be our approach on beating this case and much more. Mr. Gable met with me immediately after and assured me his very best and honestly delivered nothing more than just that! (Almost an understatement, 10/10). I was charged with a serious crime and one of my friends recommended Mike O’Meara. He had used him in the past and Mike had gotten the charges against him thrown out. I talked to Mike and wanted to hire him but my family convinced me to go with a "family" lawyer. Big mistake. The guy was out of his depth. So I went back to Mike and asked him to take my case. He cleaned up the mess the other lawyer made, got my arrest thrown out and all the charges dropped. I could not have asked for anything more. If you want the best, call Mike.
