Chance Badertscher represented my wife and I as our real estate attorney for the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home. We were both thrilled with our experience. Chance walked us through each step of the process and explained everything very clearly and concisely. He used his knowledge and experience to help us avoid any issues and was able to save us some money that we otherwise wouldn’t not have known about. It was a pleasure working with Chance and I highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Chance Badertscher is a true professional and a great comfort to have walk you through something as serious as closing on your first home. No one would argue that walking through and signing as many documents as a closing requires is an enjoyable experience, but Chance manages to make it straightforward and manageable. Will use him every time. :-)

I was fortunate enough to have Chance as my real estate attorney for a property I sold. He was professional, diligent, easy to work with and kind. I’m a difficult person to track down at times and Chance adapted and gave me plenty of notice for any deadlines. It was a pleasure working with him and I cannot recommend him enough.
