I used Lavelle Law for the sale of my old home as well as the purchase of my new home. We used Chance Badertscher and he was terrific. The closing for the sale was smooth and easy. The closing for the purchase was hindered by the title company thinking they did not have all the proper documents submitted to the mortgage company. They wanted to postpone the closing due to the fact that it was a Friday afternoon and we wouldn't have the time to get the documents. Chance proved them wrong and we were able to get the documents needed as well as proceed and close Friday afternoon. I would definitely recommend using Chance.

I am more than satisfied with Christine, I cannot say enough good things about her. From our first consultation, I felt a huge sense of relief, and that I could stop worrying constantly. She was always truthful about the process, and I never felt like she was trying to pressure me or sell me something like other attorneys.
