Christine and her team were awesome ! Very professional and polite! She answered every question I had at whatever time I messaged her . Her price was also great and the fact that she works with you if you can’t pay all up front is another plus ! I would hire them again if I ever need too .

My husband and I used Lavelle services for our recent condo purchase. We worked with Chance Badertscher specifically. It was our first home purchase and going through the many steps up to closing (and including closing) can be very daunting and intimidating for a first-time home buyer, but the process was made very easy and understandable by Chance. On of the most stressful parts of the whole process is the many people that are involved, but Chance was able to help get everyone on the same page and was a great advocate for us, pushing back when necessary to the seller's representation.
