To put it succinctly, Sarah and Erin of Sutton Law checked every one of those boxes and then some! They're highly organized, very responsive, are both excellent/friendly communicators, who consistently worked hard (in what turned out to be an overwhelming process, IMHO mainly due to an uncooperative property manager/HOA) towards facilitating a successful closing just this past week!
