I contacted Kourosh Arami and he gave me some advice on what I can expect once my current attorney withdraws. I cannot thank Koursh enough he was very knowledgeable and responsive to my calls. I regret every minute that I didn’t hire Koursh in the first place. He was patient and provided guidance on how to handle certain situations (withdrawal from my counsel and dealing with my daughter’s mother to name a few) Koursh went above and beyond what any other attorney would. I cannot thank Mr. Arami enough for assisting my son. My son was not confident in how his attorney was responding to him or how the case was going. His attorney was going to withdraw from his case, so he sought a second opinion with Mr Arami to address his concerns. During this consultation, Mr Armai and my son reviewed many issues/open questions Mr Arami presented a well laid out plan for how he would move forward if his attorney actually withdraws. He was extremely impressed with his professionalism and clear knowledge of all aspects of family law. Ruined my life! Didn’t protect me in anyway in my divorce judgement! Just went along with whatever opposing counsel said! Should have advised me. Had someone else look over judgement and was told I was screwed, he never should have agreed to that and that he didn’t even have the basic divorce terms to protect me put in the decree. Also thought I had joint custody of my son! Who agrees to pay maintenance for 13 years and don’t advise to go to trial! Only called when it was time to collect a check!
