You need Young Ah Ri's representation for your case! We retained Young Ah Ri's services for a Permanent Resident (Green Card) adjustment of status. We achieved adjustment of status after only 6 months and that is during the COVID-19 pandemic!!! Immigration policy is frequently changing and we are so glad that we had Young and her team supporting and advocating for us throughout the entire process. While we have never met in person since we live out of state, Young's team was extremely professional, honest, and punctual with all communication within 24 hours. Her relationships with clients are excellent and she never hesitated to answer a question regarding our case. Her recommendations and connections (Ex: medical visit, translators, etc) were exquisite. I can’t thank Mr. O’Mera enough! My license was revoked during an error the court system had during COVID. I was in a time sensitive situation and needed my issue rectified fast! I was told they are only doing video court and upon trying to motion a court date. They only had dates available that were two months out. Mr. O’Mera came through and motioned my case, immediately! He explained the errors to the judge and they vacated my conviction within a 5min period. I am thankful for the services he provided me and his compassion for my situation. Young and her team led my citizenship case and they delivered more than I could ever expect them to. She filed my case within a day after out initial call which helped expedite the process quite a bit. She had already delivered on my permanent residency case (which was a complicated one) and I knew she and her team would go great on this case as well. She set up a thorough prep session before my interview which the session went exactly as she described. It was a delight working with her and Amanda. Smooth communications and timely notifications. I absolutely recommend working with her office on your immigration cases.

We worked with Young to get my parter through the green card process, which Young was able to successfully help with. We were very pleased and felt safe with her as our attorney. Fast forward ~2 years post green card, it is now time to file our I-751. Young reached out to offer services for the removal of conditions filing which we accepted at first. That is until we learned of the pricing ($2500 to file the I-751 for an existing client, which was not inclusive of representation if needed). We did let Young know that price was high for us (based on our own research) which then she responded with a $250 discount. We were planning to stay with Young throughout the entirety of case, but with the price gouging I do not see that as an option any longer. During the first part of our case, Young mentioned on many occasions that my parter and I showed great attention to detail and responsiveness and that we made it easy for her. I thought going into the I-751 filing, things would be less expensive considering a large part of the case is already built, but I guess not. Young is responsive and will get the job done, but be prepared for HIGH fees and lack of empathy, especially when it comes to existing clients. (We were made to feel like just another cog in the wheel - another client to run through the process) All of these fees are not inclusive of any costs to be assessed by USCIS.

Young and her team guided through the entire green card process for my wife. Not only did they ensure that we had all the documents required, but also made sure we had enough support to avoid any issues. By the day of the interview, her team had already prepared us via mock interviews and document reviews. She was there with us during the interview as well, to jump in if things got tricky and to calm our nerves. We couldn't recommend her and her team more! From application to receipt of her green card took 7 months in total.
