My husband and I found Young through her positive reviews here, and after an initial consultation decided to hire her office for our green card application. From the very beginning, we felt that she was on our side, and each and every subsequent interaction with her and her office was outstanding. She and Melissa were incredibly reliable and knowledgeable, clearly guiding us through the each step of the petition and responding to our every question/phone call/email quickly and efficiently. If you are a cdl holder and you get a DUI I highly recommend Michael O'Meara, he is an outstanding attorney. Michael O'Meara is very dedicated to his clients and works hard to achieve the best possible outcome. I'm 29 years old, I was pulled over speeding. I was arrested and received 4 tickets. Aggravated speeding, Dui, and 2 others. From day 1 when I called Michael he was straight up with me and told me it was going to be a lot of hard work on both our ends to achieve the goal. After a few court dates and a little hard work i left the court house with nothing but a reckless driving charge. No DUI! Also, I kept my CDL. Best Immigration Lawyer in Chicago! Detail-oriented. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Professional. My wife and I chose The Law Office of Young Ri Young after researching reviews on Avvo and Yelp. We made an excellent decision, with our case approved after our interview, and my wife’s green card received one week later. Communication with the office was with both Young and her paralegal Melissa. They are very professional throughout our case with prompt responses. My case involved a petition for permanent residence through marriage. Due to our busy lifestyle, we had the forms almost all filled out, but were worried about missing key details. We decided to hire a lawyer as an insurance so that our case would be thoroughly reviewed before being filed. Our first impression of Young was that she was very professional and competent in immigration cases. After hiring The Law office of Young Ri, we felt a burden left from our shoulders. They provided a blueprint for how we should start gathering more evidence and provided feedback if anything we had provided was not adequate. When we had questions or concerns, Young and Melissa were very friendly and provided great advice/wisdom to help calm us down. Towards the end of our journey, prior to our interview, Young walked through a mock interview with us to help ease our angst and give advice on what to expect. We also went over all necessary documents that were to be compiled, making sure everything was in order. On interview day, you can tell she has a good working relationship with all the staff at USCIS. She knew everyone’s names and faces. During our interview, there were moments when we needed to provide documents to our officer, and she was in the back paying close attention with all of the paperwork ready. We received notice that our case for permanent residence was approved later that day and received our permanent residence card one week after. I was accused of two cases of domestic abuse and arrested. While awaiting my bond hearing another defendant gave me the card for Dena M. Singer. He told me they were great. Boy was that an understatement. Dena and her partner Jonathan S. Bedi won both cases for me. When I met with Jonathan and gave him the facts of my cases he told me not to worry and he was right. During my trial, another lawyer marveled at the way Dena argued my case. If you need a criminal defense lawyer, give them a call. Not only are they great attorneys, they're really nice people.

Absolutely avoid this lawyer. She will charge hefty consultation fee to tell you she can’t take your case. Stay clear.

Attorney Young is the best immigration Attorney I've ever worked with. I don't say this lightly, I worked with my father's law firms and I've seen both the good, the bad and the mediocre. My wife needed to file for her I-751. From the start, Attorney young is very engaging. She proactively reached out to us whenever she had a question, without making any assumptions, which speaks for her attention to details. She also patiently educates us on the type of documents and support we need for our application. She also personally review all the forms instead of leaving everything to the assistant, which I greatly appreciate. Whenever I had a question, I could always reach her -- even outside of normal working hours. I once or twice emailed her at midnight, and still got a response right away which I was pleasantly surprised. Attorney Young is also extremely knowledgeable and educates us on how the immigration processes are impacted by events such as changing administration. Upon her recommendation, we also filed the N400 for my wife. She well prepared us for the interview. When we received our interview notice, she was actually overseas on vacation, but she chose to change her return flight at her own expense so that she could go with us. I could not find a second attorney who would be willing to do this. Both of our applications are approved without any issue. We appreciate all the hard work Attorney Young has put in for us. If she does not deserve a 5 star review, then no body does.

Michael is an outstanding lawyer who will fight for your case. He was there every step of the way with me for the past year as he helped me with my case. From the beginning, he was very blunt with me but was always confident that we would win my case (we did). I highly recommend him as he is very knowledgable and will advocate for you until the end.

Could not have chosen a better attorney for my case. He explained everything to me and if I had questions he would always get back to me. I have been without a valid drivers license in IL for over 10 years. I tried to obtain it once using a lawyer in 2014. That ended up not working out at all, and I pretty much gave up after such a horrible experience. I then decided to try once more in 2017. I called several lawyers this time, and asked questions. Jennifer called me back promptly, and answered every question in detail and went above and beyond answering the questions I had. I ended the call feeling that she really had a passion for this and without a doubt an expert. I then went in to meet her in person after choosing to see her first from my list of lawyers, and she went over everything in great detail. I then decided to hire her, and didn't bother with meeting with any other attorneys. Best decision ever! I had already been denied at a hearing with my prior attorney, which Jennifer brought up some issues that might come up because of my previous attorneys ill preparation. Regardless she got everything set up, got all my paperwork set up and straightened out which my previous attorney had muddled up, so it was extra work on her part. During this whole process I regained faith in the system. At my first hearing with her, I felt confident, and prepared. She had informed me of what the outcome will more than likely be, and she was right. I was granted an RDP (Full reinstatement was a hopeful wish at this point). So less than a year later while on the permit, I for sure hired her again to represent me again at my third hearing ( second with Jennifer). Just like the first time, everything was like clockwork. She got everything ready, explaining everything along the way, and preparing me for my third and final hearing. She explained this hearing was going to be different, and it went exactly as she described. About two months after my hearing, I now have my full unrestricted drivers license in hand. I know for sure I would not have been able to do this without her help. Do not settle for second rate lawyers in this matter. If you are revoked, and need your license back, I myself personally would guarantee you that she will get it back for you. She is always available for any questions. If you call her, she will answer, or call you back. There is never any time she will ignore you, or that you will not hear from her if you need to. Most importantly she genuinely seems to love doing this. It is a passion for her, and if you hire her, you will see that. Other lawyers I have used, or talked to, treat you as a dollar sign or do not know what they are doing. Other lawyers will put you on a conveyer belt and run you through the process. Jennifer will work with you and treat you as a person. Most importantly she will get your license back. After using her services, I know that in the Chicago land area there is no way there can be a better attorney for this. This is life changing for me and am so happy and appreciative for her services.
