Although I had a valid green card for 10 years, I was hesitant to apply for Citizenship due to a prior "misdemeanor sex crime arrest" (which classifies under the definition of "crime of moral torpitude" subject to potential deportation). With extreme due diligence in every step along the way, I was able to become a US Citizen after 1 year of my application. Mr. Baker is a great and very nice lawer. He helped me in understanding the effects of DUI's on permenant residencey status. I strongly recommend him. He has very good experience and his website is very useful.
