After my conditional residency was terminated and my case was moved to the removal proceedings we hired Mike. Mike stood with us for more then 5 years. Following an incident that happened in 2003, I was declared inadmissible in 2012 by the Us consular in Nigeria. I needed to sort this out because my offence was a naïve mistake with no criminal intent but I had no clue how to go about it. I found Mike Baker via Google. A few other USA based attorneys I contacted were reluctant to deal with me considering I was based in far away Nigeria. I gave him a call and Mr. Baker asked me to send a mail stating my case. After a few days and a series of telephone calls he accepted to handle my case but sternly requested I be very honest and straight forward with him. I filed for a adjust of status from Illegal immigrant to permanent resident back in Summer 2006, I saw a couple of Attorney's back then and they were too expensive so I decided to filed myself with help of an Immigration Counseling Org.
