We are 1st time home buyers and Shekar did an extremely thorough job to make sure we understood the fine details behind every contract and document that we needed to review. His tenacity and drive to make sure nothing falls through the cracks is exactly what you need in an attorney during this process. He was very professional and made sure we understood all the cryptic legalize that can be confusing for those of us that are new to real estate. I was particularly impressed with the time he spent with us to make sure we fully understood everything (both the pros and cons of a property without any bias) – this level of integrity and representation is hard to find. Throughout the process I felt like we were represented 100% without any ulterior motives. If I needed additional clarity on something, he made himself available to answer even during late hours.
