I get recommended by a different lawyer. It's all started when we have a case of asylum in california with no end. She was able successfully to move the case from California to Illinois. After it has been in California court for over 7 years with no results from California lawyers. We We're able to get a consultation with Ms. Mosley and we felt Confident enough to hire her, so we did. That was the best decision that we ever made. Within 2 years she moved the asylum court to the migration office. Covid came in stopped a lot of back logs, but she was on top of things Constantly contacting the immigration office about the update and informers of what needs it from us to do. She made everything in ease.We even had the fingerprint done. And she gives us all the contact of the doctors.What do we need to do with the physical? We give her everything and she just took care of it. And now, after 2 years we just received the green card and she was even on top of it. Before we receive the card, she sent us an email of approval from the immigration office. Her staff was always inform us if we have any questions. She always answered the phones and answered all the emails without a delay. ... I highly recommend her and her staff for all what you have an issue with whether it's a migration problem or asylum problem. She is the best of the best, and she worth every single penny.

My husband and I hired KiKi to assist us with the green card process. Not only was she accommodating of different time zones and travel through Skype meetings, but also she was personable and professional always. She would make calls to verify all paperwork was being processed if we did not hear back in a timely manner from USCIS, caught clerical mistakes in paperwork filed by outside sources, and was always reachable through email or phone. We officially hired KiKi in 2016 and am thankful to say ended in early April 19' with my husband obtaining permanent resident status. Throughout the entire process she was extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, supportive, had reasonable fees, pleasant to be be around, and just as important- honest. I would recommend KiKi in an instant! My husband had 2 prior drug-related charges that made him ineligible to apply for permanent residence in the US. We got married in 2013 and were advised by a trusted immigration firm to expunge these charges and apply...which was wrong. When we were ready (or at least thought) to begin the process (after paying 500$ to expunge these records) in 2014, we scheduled a consultation with KiKi based on her online reviews. That consultation rocked our world as she informed us that the original advice we received was wrong and the true steps required, which included working with a criminal lawyer to vacate the 2 charges. 2 years later we were blessed to have both charges vacated and were finally able to apply. Although this overall process was longer than we expected, we are thankful we chose KiKi!
