My husband and I found Kiki's Offices some years ago in a random search on google. We wanted to obtain resident status. She guided us through all stages in the US and my country of origin, filling all the paperwork, sending us timely updates, solving problems and keeping track of the huge amount of documents. We loved that she always communicated with us in a timely manner regarding all the immigration notices that we received from USCIS. I hired KiKi in November of 2015 right before my husband and I got married. She was very thorough with what the immigration process would be like and her payment plan was perfect for my budget. When I left the USA for my wedding, KiKi made sure I was prepared with the initial paperwork for my husband to sign to get the process rolling. Since then, it was smooth sailing. Every time KiKi received correspondence from USCIS, she contacted me immediately, via email to ask if I had received anything and if not, to follow back with her when I did. While, my process was quite lengthy, KiKi was extremely patient with me through out the whole process. She responded within hours, if not, minutes every time I emailed her. KiKi made sure we were very well prepared for both interviews, as she did not want anything to slow down our process any longer. She provided us with copies of everything she mailed to USCIS so that we were aware of where we were at with the process. KiKi is very knowledgeable of immigration laws.
