I would recommend this firm , David Drwencke is they attorney that had done a remarkable job with satisfactory for my daughter who was in custody and he had motioned her appearance weeks sooner than her original court date . she now is able to get the proper help and counseling she needs . I’d like to express my Deepest appreciation to Mr. Drwencke this is truly a life changing Circumstance that was greatly needed to be expressed to the court, and without his help I don’t believe we would’ve got this satisfaction That is a result of his defending her to express to the judge how she needs more counslung and treatment incarceration! Highly Highly, recommended, I acquired Marcus after releasing my first attorney in a new build construction. I ran into so many issues with this builder that at serval times I was willing to walk a way and leave the earnest money at the table. Marcus pointed out serval issues in my contract that my previous attorney should’ve noticed in the contract prior to me signing. But no worries Marcus came on board and demonstrated a level of professionalism beyond measure. Issues with this builder continued to exceed beyond the level of acceptance to the point it’ll led us to having to go to arbitration. Needless to say when we went into arbitration Marcus and his crew showed up and represented me in away I’ll never forget. Matt was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We decided to switch lawyers after my brother went through two court dates - his previous lawyer was not helpful. Long story short - he got my brother's case dismissed in ONE COURT DATE. Matt was also the ONLY LAWYER that showed up to court in person. He was also extremely easy to communicate with....he set up meetings with us and responded to all our emails promptly.
