I hired David Smith too be my attorney and he was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable when it came to the law. He is one of the friendliest person I have ever met. He is always on your side to the end. I very highly recommend anyone that needs a attorney to choose him as a first and only choice. My charge of aggravated assault was brought down to 10 days of community service. Great job!!!

My son was facing 2 felony charges, one of which carried mandatory prison time. David mitigated a plea agreement and my son now has a chance at turning his life around, no prison time. David and his associates treated my son and our family as if we were his own. He was sensitive to our concerns and worries, he and Izzy always responded to our calls promptly, they explained everything thoroughly and followed up on things throughout the entire process. Whenever there were issues with the case, he and his associates were there immediately to make sure my son was defended and issues were fixed. David was incredibly understanding, compassionate, helpful, and most of all, effective! I had a couple petty misdemeanor charges that nonetheless easily could have resulted in disproportionate consequences, but David was able to have everything dropped with a satisfying deal in the Skokie circuit. Excellent family lawyer..

David is absolutely genius. I was facing 4 to 15 years on a burglary charge which is a class 1 felony. He was able to get me an Exspongeable probation which will allow me to complete the probation and most importantly not have a felony on my record, Just amazing!
