Bankruptcy is not fun to think about but when you find yourself in a situation that requires it, a good lawyer is someone you want on your side. Chad is that lawyer. He is helpful and knowledgeable and explains procedures in plain English. He was there for all the steps that needed to be done and answered all my questions (and I had a LOT of them). I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in need of a bankruptcy lawyer!

They do not answer phone calls or emails in a timely matter even if your case is time sensitive. They took forever to file my bankruptcy case even though they initially told me it would only take 3 days. Find a better lawyer.

This Bankruptcy Attorney is horrible. Once they are paid in full they will no longer assist you let alone answer their phone when you call. I am still in debt after my chapter 13 bankruptcy closed because of this attorney. As I type this review I am in the process of suing T. Leeders.

Mr. Hayward is an excellent attorney. He has represented myself and my family on several occasions. His fees are very reasonable and he responds immediatly to phone calls. He was instrumental in getting me a fair settlement after a car accident. Mr. Hayward was the attorney at our real estate closing. He advised us through the whole process which made everything run smoothly. I have gotten good advice over the years from Mr. Hayward. He was very helpful when a family member was facing criminal charges. I would reccomend him to anyone seeking legal assistance.

Chad represented me in court regarding a traffic "move over law" experience, I had a few yrs. back. I thought the charge was questionable at best, but the police officer did not. Chad did a great job representing me in court. His experience, knowledge, and professional court presence, all contributed to a more than fair outcome.

On the whole, everything went well from filing to court appearance. However, I must add that an inadvertent mistake occurred along the way concerning my case. A clerk who was handling my case file withdrew his service with Leeders & Associates resulting in delays processing my case as nobody took notice and filled the gap. Furthermore because of this mistake mentioned earlier I suffered unnecessary financial burden of retaking the required Credit Counseling course which I had taken earlier. The Credit Counseling Certificate expired after six months!
