Worst law firm that my mother had to deal with for over 4 years to get nothing! Tony was always rude to us when we would want to talk,to him about my mother's case. Even in the final hearing. The lady who represetened my mother was very unprofessional and yelled at my mom. Our family will never use them again.

I'm happy with the services provided. The lawyers pursued my case diligently for almost 4 years and eventually got the other side to settle just before trial. Initially, they couldn't reach me to accept the offer, but they took the time to track down another number I had listed in my medical records. I am truly grateful for their services and recommend them to anyone who is having trouble with insurance companies who just refuse to pay what is deserved to the victims of a car accident that their insured caused.

My case was transferred to Elman Law Group from Disparti Law Group in 2018 and my case is still open and it’s 2024! I was patronized constantly. My lawyers was switched over the years multiple times and never was notified or an introduction. And then when our deposition date came around, they were so condescending. The time was switched for our deposition with no notification as my screenshot will show. Then when someone contacted me, which was the lawyer that actually handled the case that day on April 19, 2024. That was when I was patronized and it wasn’t until I firmly advocated for myself that I was met with a more approachable conversation. It’s quite sad that I had to dismantle the bias discrimination against uneducated/high tempered women of color to even have a decent dialogue of what went wrong. Then after, and only after was I offered an apology for the lack of communication. Not only do I have to aid in a fight for a car accident that I was a passenger in, I have to fight against a law firm to be seen and heard as well. I have read the reviews about the discriminatory practices. But to have experienced this myself against someone who technically works for me is highly unethical. To add insult, I reached out pertaining my case and it took a week and multiple attempts on my end before I received any response, when he has multiple lawyers, employees or what have you who works there. No one was able to provide any assistance within a week? Can anyone please provide clarity or insight on why my question has still not been answered. I understand you guys do not have the check in your possession, which still does not provide clarity. I was wrote off once again

Please, my people I implore you to seek legal aid from anywhere but Elman. These are the most unethical, unprofessional, racist group of crooked lawyers in Illinois. This coming from someone who has dealt with many other law firms throughout my 60 years on earth. Condescending bunch of snakes.
