I highly recommend Theodore Francis Vineski Jr. to anyone in need of legal representation. I was referred to Fred A. Truglio & Associates LLC. By my daughter who, along with her three children, were injured by an uninsured drunk driver a few years prior to my accident. I sustained neck, eye and spine injuries in a car accident and Theodore Francis Vineski Jr., (a.k.a) Ted Vineski Jr. represented me in my personal injury claim, which was settled, and I was well compensated for on October 2016. Ted Vineski, Jr. expressed concern for my health and well-being which I suffered emotionally and physically and was dedicated to working on my case. He has great organizational and communications skills which enabled him to efficiently prepare for this case. He provided me with a peace of mind by keeping me informed, walking me through this case step-by-step, and addressing all my concerns. I was referred to Fred A. Truglio & Associates, LLC. for personal injuries I sustained in a motor vehicle incident and during a time when there were a lot of changes going on in my life and the injuries I received in a car accident effected me both physically and mentally. From the beginning, Ted Vineski helped me understand the litigation process and kept me informed each step of the way. After I began to receive treatment for my injuries Ted made it point to personally contact me and ease my frustration when it appeared my case would never end. He always took the time to meet with me over the phone and in person when I had a concern about the status of my case. Ted was able to get the other side to agree to mediation twice so I could present my case in my own words to describe how my permanent injuries continued to effect my daily life and my concerns about the future of myself and my young son. Ted understood that my case was unique and made it point to inform the mediator that my complaints were warranted and I was entitled to fair compensation. Ted continued to prepare my case for trial when the other side would not budge on their offer and was able to settle my case for a fair amount, considerably higher than the defendant's last offer. Even after the case was settled I recently received a call from Ted informing me that he was able to obtain additional money he argued I was entitled to once he negotiated all my medical bill liens and that he would not be taking any fee for this. That additional money will go towards putting this case behind me and moving on with my life with my son. I appreciate Ted going the extra distance and the fact that he did not ask for anything in return speaks about his character and integrity . I will remember Ted's compassion and tenacious preparation on my case. I would have no reservations about referring Ted and his firm to anyone who needs an attorney who will continue to fight for them no matter what the circumstances are.
