I have worked with Ron Austin in various capacities now for nearly 20 years. I was a client at a large pharmaceutical manufacturing corporation; He was a client of mine, when I moved to Marketing Management as an Account Executive; and most recently I hired him to represent me in a personal matter that actually ended favorably for both sides. I appreciate his personal touch, sincere honesty when I needed to hear it, and more importantly, his natural diplomacy.

Lane & Lane is an extremely reputable law firm in Chicago. Their success can be seen in their massive settlements in the medical malpractice and workplace injury fields. According to their website, one of their core values is "Doing the Right Thing" which is more important than the actual dollar amounts, as they always put the client first. I would trust them for any of their 12 practice areas, as they cover a multitude of different areas. Very professional attorneys all-round!

I highly recommend this firm and in particular Attorneys Ron Austin and Ashley Starks. Ms.Starks was capable, supportive and put me at ease during my hearing. Even though it was only a sanitation fine I was contesting she took the matter seriously and represented my small business quite well. One fine was dismissed. I had the unfortunate experience of falling on silly putty that had been brought to a high school where I was teaching, and I fell and broke my kneecap and needed to endure two surgeries and much time off of my leg. Of course I was at a disadvantage and in a great deal of pain. Don't expect much from these attorneys, like a return call or even that they remember your name... They have had my case for over 2 years and my new attorney never read my file and advised me to settle for almost nothing on a career ending injury. I would NOT recommend this firm.
