I paid $4000 to file lawsuit to get an answer after 3 yeas holding my case in Chicago office. It's been 8 months and finally got phone call from my attorny asking me to fly from Texas where I live now to attend the interview in Chicago in the 02/27/2019 and after paying tickets and hotel we went to the immigration office at 8am for the interview, then got surprised with the officer telling us there is no interview for us today and the lawsuit has to be dismiss because I live in Texas and the lawsuit has to been filed in Chicago. Plus they send me bill for $2000 just for the interview. My concern why Mr.Jeff filed the lawsuit in Chicago when he knows that I live in Texas? Why Mr.Jeff asking me to come to unofficial interview that he is not sure it's going to happen?

By far the WORST Immigration Attorney ever. He never updates his clients. When a client calls he tells them to call back in a month or 2, and when they do they must setup an appointment to talk to him. When a client finally calls for the appointment he charges them additional money before talking to them about any updates in the existing case. He is a negligent attorney that takes your money and then puts your case in a filing cabinet until USCIS decides to answer, if it ever does answer. All the positive reviews are from simple cases that just need an application filed. All the negative reviews are TRULY from people who had complicated cases and they are all true and consistent in their reviews. They make you pay $2500-5000 in full then they never update you and KEEP MILKING the client for more money without actually performing anything!!! They are extremely unethical and should be disbarred!!

To me ,Justin burton is the king of immigration law. He is the best thats all i can say. If you have any kind of complicatin in your case this is the guy you need to call. Once you retain justin, YOU ARE IN GOOD HAND.
