It’s my first time filling for BK and let me tell you I was so nervous and scared but this office is so wonderful and helpful and everyone is great . They are affordable and i totally recommend them !

I believed i was receiving a great price to file bankruptcy but i would rather pay more to someone that will actually be professional and handle business. I sent text messages, emails, and voicemails of course no one got back to me. Suzanne was dealing with my case. I paid the 550 plus 335 in filing fee. Only when i texted them that i would be coming in to bring my money is when i got a reply back to my text messages. They take your money and deal with you on they terms.

My lawyer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I thank her for all her help.

I met with lawyer Suzanne October 2017 and you would have never known that we had just met. She is so down to earth & easy to talk to. I think she is very approachable, understanding, and knowledgeable about the laws. I appreciate her tenacity on how she helps someone through these tough times. She has a great attitude about how we can get things done the right way. I will never forget her. And I will refer her services to anyone that would need it.

My lawyer Suzzane she is the best I've seen yet keeps me on my toes, explained everything in detail gave me great services, also legal leads. I'm happy to say my experience with my lawyer Suzzane was exceptional.

I filed bankruptcy on 10/1/2016. it was $550 plus filing fee. it is affordable, but you can't get any answers from them even if you email them, call and leave 100's messages. NOBODY will call you or email you back, don't hope ! I tried many times, I only received emails when they were ready to update me with requirements. I saw my attorney twice, the 1st time with the initial visit when I paid their fees and the 2nd time when I had meeting of creditors (don't miss it), they will send you text message and email, and you will get official court paper. don't you hope they ever answer your call or email, but at the end my bankruptcy was successfully discharges at last!!

They will take your money with no regard to your case. I paid all money on time and suzanne says you can talk to her 24/7 but its a lie.You could never talk to a lawyer. You have to email or call the law firm, leave a vm and one of the paralegals will email you back a week and a half later. I filed my case a few days late and i couldnt get to suzanne to fix things. What a waste of time and money.

DO NOT use these people! they just took $300 deposit yesterday for a case I told this first thing this morning I didnt want to continue, asked for the deposit back they are giving me a run around I have reported to BBB in Chicago, and my local bank. They set up a gmail account and now they have went in and disabled it and changed the recovery address after I called their bluff. Glad I didnt give the the complete balance!
