I had a big luck to work with Sergei. We had to come to the court several times, because they were keep cancelling because of the covid. Despite the fact they cancelled our last hearing, the judge still accepted us, thanks to the persistence of our lawyer. And the case was successfully dismissed. Sergei is very calm and methodical in his approach to a case. He is smart, professional, always responsive to emails and calls. I would definitely recommend him to everyone

I'm happy with his job

The legal system is complicated, scary, and can be absolutely financially draining. If you’re looking for great representation look no further than Sergei Kuchinski. My son was facing a Class X felony! My son is a good person, had never been in trouble, and the State offered him 10+ years in prison. We were not willing to give our son up like that. We were prepared to fight, and Sergei Kuchinski was with us!!! Sergei and his team was attentive, professional, and very transparent. Most importantly, they listened and believed in our family. Sergei did his job, and my son is home, working, and raising his sons (triplets). My son did not spend one day in prison!
