My husband and I approached Nestor in September 2015, just wanting a little bit of information and what the immigration process would be. From the first meeting we were impressed with Nestor's attention to detail, promptness and experience. Michael and I discussed what avenue we wanted to take and approached Nestor in the new year to hire him. He was very helpful in describing what we would need to organize for our case. We applied in April and was expecting a 6 month process, however due to luck and Nestor's hard work, our process took 4 ! He was helpful through the whole experience, his availability was great, replying to emails with an hour to a couple days/a week at most. My husband had heart surgery during our case and Nestor went above and beyond to come to our apartment and prepare us for our interview. I would recommend Nestor everyday to people inquiring about an immigration lawyer !! Edit: My husband and I have been waiting over a month for the return of our documents. We were also promised an information packet, with information on how my husband and I can reapply for my permanent residency in just over a year and a half, we have not yet received this information yet. Unfortunately, if feels as though, because we've paid and our case successful, we've been forgotten and are now at the bottom of his client list. This is frustrating and stressful, because my husband and I just want this case to be over.
