I had several different traffic violation cases where Sergei Kuchinski represented me . After being to the court so many times on my traffic violation matters in my life and being represented by at least a dozen attorneys in the past I should say that Sergei is the best attorney in the Chicago land area. Young, smart, aggressive, knows how to talk and what exactly to say in the court / knows how to convenience state prosecution and a judge. Sergei is the attorney with a very good, positive, confident and optimistic energy beyond his professional skills. The legal system is complicated, scary, and can be absolutely financially draining. If you’re looking for great representation look no further than Sergei Kuchinski. My son was facing a Class X felony! My son is a good person, had never been in trouble, and the State offered him 10+ years in prison. We were not willing to give our son up like that. We were prepared to fight, and Sergei Kuchinski was with us!!! Sergei and his team was attentive, professional, and very transparent. Most importantly, they listened and believed in our family. Sergei did his job, and my son is home, working, and raising his sons (triplets). My son did not spend one day in prison!
