Today was a good day David Smith has took the stress away as we walk out the court room with my case DISMISSED ! From the moment I spoke with Mr.Smith I had nothing but confidence in him. He takes care of business but most importantly he gets people out of JAMS ! (Domestic battery)

Took me a while to get to this... which is the exact opposite of what David did for my case. From dealing with overbearing family to giving me the occasional ride to court. Everything was handled graciously.. definite recommend!!

I must say they did great work. I was facing a potential felony with 30 days in jail or 300 hours of community service. I ended up getting just 240 hours of community service and court supervision with a minor fine. Very happy with their service and will recommend David M. smith to others.

David Smith was very helpful in my dui case which resulted in a not guilty verdict. He came up with solid game plans to prove my innocence and executed them during my trial. Thanks to David M. Smith, I had never before felt so confident going to trial. He was very knowledgeable about the process. He made me very comfortable and confident with his knowledge. His reputation didn’t fall short of what I expected. I was being charged for battery and I'm not the trouble making kind of person. I’ve never been in this sort of situation before so this was my first time seeking a criminal lawyer. The first time I spoke to David, I explained my case and how the incident happened. He then explained to me the possible outcomes that could stem from the battery charge I was facing and how we would make our case. With the reputation he had I chose him to represent me. Before the trail started I was offered a plea deal to get my charge reduced to “reckless misconduct”, David explained everything about how that works and told me it was my choice if I want to take that deal or go to trial. I wasn’t sure then if I should settle for that because I didn’t want anything on my record for something that I wasn’t guilty for, I asked David if we could win this if I pass up the deal, he assured me he’s pretty confident we have a strong case. So I passed on the deal and went on with the trial. I was nervous at first because I was the one arrested because I got the better end of the brawl and the complainant had pictures to back that as evidence. David made those pictures irrelevant with his cross examination. I was fortunate to have witnesses to corroborate my story of the incident and prove I wasn’t the aggressor. My witnesses were also impressed with his skills when he explained the witness cross examination process to them. When David cross examined the complainant he made the complainant’s creditability fall into doubt with his questioning. I never had to say a word and didn’t even need to testify with how well the trail was proceeding on my behalf thanks to David. After all the testimonies the judge ruled NOT GUILTY in my favor. He kicked butt even the states attorney complimented him. With his knowledge, aggressiveness, and him looking out for what works to my best interest, I will definitely know who to call or refer when something like this happens to me or someone else in the future.
