Chicagos got a lot of lawyer signs and billboards and after a car injury i was tempted to call one . Before i jumped the gun, i decided to do a quick google and found Mr. Rosenfeld . I was in the process of hiring their services for a case already filed in court and wanted new representation. I made multiple calls to the number listed and call was transferred to a call center. First representative that answered my call, I wasn’t able to understand what she was saying and had low volume, I then asked her to speak up since I wasn’t able to understand her, she then spoke up and sounded very muffled like she was eating her headset and was then asked to hang up and call back, which I did an ended up getting a male representative which was a little bit better. I then explained to him that I was looking for an attorney to take over my case which is already filed. That’s when I discovered that I was speaking to a call center and not the office it’s self. Law offices that hire call centers are a turn away for me, I feel that theirs no personal connection, it’s like going to a deli and grabbing one of those Now Serving Customer 34 kinda feeling when speaking to call centers for attorneys. No thank you, I will not be hiring your services.
