Jonathan intervened on behalf of my relative who is a childhood victim of polio and lives in Berlin. At the conclusion of a visit to Florida my cousin who is wheel chaired bound was on a transporter that was taking folks to the airport. His wheelchair straps came loose and the wheelchair became unstable moving from side to side and eventually tipped over with my cousin in the chair. The driver never stopped. My cousin suffered multiple disabling injuries and has been bed ridden since.
