I was referred to Case Law Firm by another attorney. I had to pay $177 to talk with Kate Sedey for 30 minutes. She didn’t show much interest in my case. Two weeks after our meeting, I contact her again and asked her to represent me. The other party was ready to come to the table. Through her receptionist, she said her case load was filled and would not be interested in helping me. My question, why take the meeting in the first place. If you know your too busy, why take my time and money? After reading the other reviews on Google, I’m not surprised this happened. You have been warned.

Kendra is a very competent lawyer. I found her to be very helpful when making tough decisions. I was always kept informed as to where we were at with my lawsuit. I have already recommended her to someone that needed a good employment lawyer and would not hesitate to do it again.

Kendra always listened to way I had to report regarding how my ex employer "engineered" my termination from their repugnant organization. Her ability to listen helped her craft the best possible negotiated settlement from a company that was suing me for all relocation costs which were huge huge! Please include me in your future tax alert blogs Kendra also realizing how financially indigent I was helped me by using the lowest possible legal rates to prosecute this extremely damaging event. Both Kendra and her "boss" Kristen have always helped me survive some of the worst employment tragities one could ever have to defend in the workers world. Kendra managed my discrimination case in Chicago while I resided in Southern California. Kendra was very supportive and investigated as needed with corporate personnel. She and I attended the HRC hearing for the case which provided some findings that substantiated my case to move forward. Ms. Kendra Kutko is an excellent Lawyer who has helped me on a few different occasions. Although she is more recently graduated she has never given me the impression that she is anything but knowledgeable in regards to my questions and in handling my case etc. Also working for a smaller firm I know she has the support of the other lawyers in the firm. She was very attentive and responded very quickly to inquiries, emails etc. I felt very comfortable with her and I would highly recommend Kendra.
