Was told to contact this law firm because of a serious situation regarding nursing home neglect & abuse and decided to not take my case. They claim to care about elder abuse and neglect but when it comes to life threatening as in, my grand father is dying in the hospital due to the nursing home he was in. They did not even want to take our case. Absolute waste of time of even contacting them. My grandfather is a HUMAN BEING who needs justice.

I see all these great reviews yet I’m so confused how my grandmother’s death, her life is only worth 150k from nursing home negligence. There is no price to a loved ones life but when my mom said the first offer was 15k how insulting!! 4 years of this waiting for justice and compensation for the tragic loss of my grandmother and they say 150k is all her life is worth! The facility had no documentation or a leg to stand on so it’s baffling how this could be it.. all the gaslighting how well the case was going and great updates to be told that that’s the best they can do is just heart breaking and leaves me feeling unsettled.

The overall experience I had with Briskman Briskman & Greenberg was the kind that everyone should receive from any firm.
