Malman Law was great and Paul was an amazing delivery man for my check - Eddie

Very fast with working on my case. More than I expected

At the end of 2019 and at the beginning of 2020, my dear mother got very sick. I was not "fully" aware at the time of the negative reputations that nursing homes and rehabilitation centers had, and that they earned those reputations for a reason. My mom was so sick and in such a bad state that my skill sets were not sufficient to take care of her, plus I was working a full-time job and a part time job to support myself and pay for a home that I owned alone, so I didn’t have the luxury of quitting my jobs and taking care of her full-time. I toured several rehabilitation facilities/nursing homes trying to find a good one before sending my mother there after her hospitalization. I found a facility I thought was good and placed my mother there for her recovery. I did go spend time and advocate for my mom every day, but it wasn't enough. The nurses at the facility were mean and extremely neglectful and she often went unchanged. She had an amputation below the knee and the staff at the facility was so neglectful, the wound got infected and she had to have a second amputation above the knee. So, she went back to the hospital. While she was in there, I informed the nursing home that she would not be going back to their facility when she was out of the hospital. Once the second amputation was done, I placed my mother in a different facility. The people seemed to be nicer but they were still understaffed and one day when I arrived at my mom’s room after working all day, the door to her room was closed and I found her on the floor between her bed and the wall. There was also some blood on the floor. My mom said that’s when she decided that life was no longer worth living. My mom passed away in February of 2020. I’m not a litigious person, but I couldn’t let those incidents go. I felt I had to do “something.” I contacted Malman Law. I was made aware of the law firm through their television advertising campaign. The thing that really attracted me to them is that their services are free if they don’t win the case, which made it accessible for me. They were very good to work with in this horrible situation and besides having to supply information about the incidents, I didn’t really have to do any work at all. I didn’t have to get emotionally entangled in the past events or get bogged down by the lawsuit. Bennett Wilcosky, the attorney who was assigned to my case, took care of everything and explained the process. He was easy to reach and always willing to help. He even went above and beyond doing extra work to ensure that as many liens on the lawsuits were absolved. Malman Law, and specifically, Bennett Wilcosky, did an excellent job. I thank them for their help in this terrible situation.

I thought I wasn’t gonna get anything. But, Malman Firm is the best.

The firm assured me that they had the expertise to handle my specific legal issue, but it quickly became apparent that they were not equipped to do so. This resulted in wasted time and resources on my part. Overall, my experience with Malman Law was very unsatisfactory. I expected a higher level of service and professionalism, and unfortunately, they did not deliver. I would not recommend this firm to others seeking reliable legal assistance.
