I don't know about this place anymore. I had very high hopes when we hired them, they have had my case since 2016 and I only hear from them when THEY want something. I haven't talked to the lawyers on my case since august of 2019. I call and leave voice messages at the office, I text Kristen Koeller, I've sent emails, and NO REPLY. I never saw or heard of lawyers that don't communicate with their clients, at this point, I don't even know whats going on with my case. All I want to know is how is my case going, I literally have no clue. I just want closer to my dead father's case. I want peace, I can't sleep, I want justice. PLEASE CALL ME BACK OR EMAIL ME!

I contacted Malman Law recently after I was attacked by someone's dog. The entire office from the first phone call has been so PROFESSIONAL. My attorney, Alexis was so caring and has been awesome during this process. She immediately sent her investigator Dan to my home to talk to me. He gave me all the information I needed and was so kind and caring during our meeting. This was my first time ever having to need legal help, the team at Malman Law was great. I was recommended by a friend to my attorney Greg Lamorena, who took care of my case. He was incredibly professional and helpful in taking me through the whole process. Throughout the case even at the height of the pandemic, he was very responsive to all the questions I had. He streamlined everything and made it very easy on my part. Hopefully, I'll never need to use his services again, but I definitely would recommend Greg for any injury case or anything in this nature. Just settled my car accident case . We are pleased with Malman law. UPDATE: THIS was written 3 years ago, by one of the employees, took my phone and wrote the review. I was not pleased, only because waiting for so long of course a little happy because I had something, but nothing for what I deserved, my babies were in this car accident, when this old lady turned in front of us, causing my car to hit hers, towed my car. My kids didn't get any help with therapy. He gave them 5 stars, I changed it to 4 and today I'm giving 1.

This firm is too big to take everyone's case seriously. I'm very surprised of all the reviews stating they respond to phone calls or keep you informed. My 1st attorney was Dan Pietrich. We have an auto accident with my family of 5. They referred us to physical therapy and told us the medical Bill's would be paid for. They caught hell getting the bill information from the hospital. In malman laws defense the hospital they were trying to get the invoice( metro south suburban)from did close. However, after waiting for 6 months what my status was I got tired of hearing "were waiting on Bill's from the hospital ". I had to get this information for the lawyer myself. When I thought then everything was squared away I realized they were still missing 2 of my children. Waited months for my kids to be added to the case and then they switched my attorney. Now my attorney is Neil kilcoin. I was very excited about this man in the beginning (1st 2 weeks). He told me I had a settlement of a bit over $60,000 for all 5 of us. He just had to talk down the $48,000 worth of bills that I had to see anything especially after malman law gets their 1/3. Niel told me I should hear from him or give him a call 2 weeks after he told me my check would be ready. I did call since ofcourse he didn't call me. I was leaving a voicemail atleast 3 times a week. His assistant eventually got tired of relaying messages that she knew he just wasn't going to respond to and stop taking my calls too. I simply want an understanding of what's happening with my case so I know what steps to take since I actually need the settlement for a down payment on a new vehicle. I only get hearsay from the firm secretary who tells me what's going on through email between her and niel kilcoin. Niel or his personal assistant will no longer return my phone calls. Your completely left in the dark when you have questions that you want simple answers to. This firm is for patient people that know how lawsuits work. If you dont understand these guys aren't the best to explain it to you. There just waaaaay to big to put time explaining all the details to clients that dont understand the process of how injury lawsuits work.
