The “one star” rating I gave as a score for Malman’s services is more than generous to say the least, being that it has been at least 7-years since Malman & Associates agreed to represent our family in litigation. The most frustrating thing about our experience at Malman, this case has dragged on far too long. I read where on average a nursing home neglect case could take anywhere from 18 to 24 months, and for some reason, our litigation has lasted more than 84 months. My mother made her transition over 3 ½ years ago and her estate hasn’t been settled which on average takes about 12-months. What’s interesting and frustrating is, one of the settlements was reached in 2014, Malman was paid, but the remainder the money is being held up which leads me to believe that something shady is going on. I’ve heard so many excuses, I’m fed up as to why our case hasn’t been resolved. In closing, my review is nothing more than to voice my experience with Malman & Associates, my experience is hopefully not yours.
