I was disappointed with the lawyer handling my case. My case opened in April after a auto accident. Every one was eager and helpful in the beginning.My assigned lawyer had not been keeping me updated. Even after I requested that he call and periodically update me on the status of the case, I had received none. I realized that the status of my case may have not changed but a client deserves to be informed! I WAS disappointed BUT ....all was made right by Mr. Malman and Dan. As soon as I expressed my disappointment with how my case was being handled, I received a call the next day and Mr. Boyer was removed from my case. At Malman their greatest concern is/was client satisfaction! My case has been reassigned and is now proceeding as it should! GREAT JOB, Malman Law!!!!

I was in accidant I needed personal injury attorney very unprofessional approach their attorney didn't even want to listen to everything I had to say I will never come back to their office, brushing off potential client in huge no. There are plenty of other fantastic law firms which at least will listen to the client.
