My boyfriend had a case that took over 3 years which we didn’t complain about. Their staff, however, is extremely unprofessional! I handle a lot of my bogfriend’s professional manners. The paralegal Sandra G called us with an attitude about a document we were requesting help with. She spoke as if she was doing me a favor when in fact, they’re waiting to be paid as well. Her attitude was extremely unpleasant and for that reason we will never work with them again.

So glad I contacted Mr. Malman. The office was very professional when I called. Dan came to see me immediately at my home and sat with me and took all my information. Great experience. Bob Briskman is a great person he made me feel more like family rather than a client. Always called me back even after his work hours to explain things if there where any misunderstanding. Rhea Atilano was also great with assisting when bob was not available. They make a great team and even better lawyers to be working on your injury case they are highly recommended in my book. If I have any other problems in the future definitely will be the first choice!

My sister, Avalon & I never expected that we would require the assistance of a law firm to pursue justice in the case of our dear mother, Yvonne, who experienced a cruel, painfilled final period of her life. However, when the decision became clear, I called Malman Law & had the fortune of being connected to attorney Jason Kellerman. Mr Kellerman was immediately attentive, articulate, concerned. I was not placed on hold (this was essential) because I was emotional. My sister & I had learned grave news regarding our mother's condition resulting from poor treatment resulting from a series of rehab/nursing home facilities stays (short term & long term). I was distraught. Mr Kellerman immediately put me at ease with the assurance that our mother's unfortunate case was now in the expert hands of Jason Kellerman & the Malman Law Firm. Mr Kellerman assured me during the discussion of my mother's misfortune that a Malman Law representative would be contacting my sister & I soon -- & we were. Dan was the investigator who made the appointment to see us at my home & discuss the potential case of patient negligence & abuse. Two emotionally drained sisters ptovided dates, incidents, names, photos & notes where possible through tear-filled eyes. Dan was swift in documenting the evidence yet compassionate when re-addressing for clarity certain sensitive yet necessary items. He assured us that the facts as we stated them had merit & that Mr Kellerman would be in touch with us, primarily my sister, who was mom's caregiver. And Mr Kellerman did touch bases -- often. I was impressed with this young, knowledgeable attorney who provided updates to my sister as to the status of our case/s. My sister, Avalon, then promptly relayed the information, updates to me. Because Malman Law & our attorney, Jason Kellerman, with the investigative skills of Dan represented us, my sister & I have already received a settlement for 1 of our claims. We are pleased with this outcome. We look forward to continting with the leadership of Mr Kellerman in concluding the other existing matters. Losing our mother was painful enough without the added mistreatment & disregard prior to her departure. She would never have imagined that her exit from life would be horrific. Neither did I. She was a good patient throughout her life. She was well read. She didn't deserve to hurt as she did in the end when she became non ambulatory & most egregious, NON -VERBAL. She couldn't convey what & who was doing or not doing what. For this reason, Avalon & I are forever grateful for Malman Law's existence to aid those of us unable to afford legal fees upfront but deserve the best possible representation available when loved ones are abused, as Yvonne was. Thank you for past efforts, Jason Kellerman as we continue towards the eventual conclusion. My heart feels less heavy.
