I was recently a clients of Briskman Briskman & Greenberg, with Susan Fransen as my attorney. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a thoroughly outstanding job she did me on my slip and fall case. I am very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism and determination of Susan Fransen. Throughout my case, she was always very quick to respond, made herself available during times that most would consider after hours and always patient in explaining the status and details/developments of my case. Upon settlement of my case, I was very pleased and excited about the settlement amount and that Susan did everything in her power to ensure this process had truly been as smooth and comfortable as possible. Every step along the way, I was kept informed of the progress. Susan Fransen is an outstanding attorney and an asset to the firm. I could not have asked for a better attorney. Her and her assistant (Deannine) returned all calls (within an hour) and emails (within minutes), and were there to answer any questions that I had to ask. Malman Law Offices has been an excellent choice for my mom and my family when it came to working on our case. They have been prompt and on top of the case from day one. Kelly Sabo Gaten has been my main contact and i have nothing but praise to shout out for her. She executes, follows up and touches base with Steve Malman to ensure he is kept up to date with all new developments. This case is not closed yet but in the end i trust their judgement in advising my family in this matter. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an attorney in their expertise.

Stay far away from this place.They send people to there medical specialists, accumulate astronomical bills and dont tell you the amount you owe til after you sign the papers and you wont be informed of it til you get the bill in the mail.Please save yourself the headache and go with someone reputable.

I would highly recommend Malman Law to all my friends and relatives! All of the staff goes above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns! Mrs. Sabo, her assistant and secretary are very efficient in responding to phone calls and emails in a very short time. All staff members were polite, courteous and helpful any time I had a problem or a question. Malman Law firm takes an individual interest in their clients and this shows how much they really care!

Lack of communication , unprofessional staff and overall dragging thier feet to resolve one of the simplest of problems. But due to thier lack of communication my case went no where in almost 6 months
