They got us money through a settlement, and led us to believe prior to settling with anyone that they would take it to court if we decided. They got a settlement for one place then decided to tell us to get a different lawyer for refiling against the other place. I was not pleased by this, but was happy to get the settlement.

The lawyers and support staff were always available. Unfortunately, we could only settle with one party, and are still working on the second.
