Don't bother calling this firm unless you have a very high ticket malpractice issue. My case matched everything on their website under misdiagnosis and they wouldn't take the case. I called because a mistake by my primary care doctor will cause me to need surgery. Person taking my case wasted a half hour of my time taking the story only to come back and tell me the firm won't take the case and wouldn't provide any reason as to why. Shame on these people.
