Sketchy practices… they call you after starting your case and tell you that they are coming to you with a “gift” - literally a dollar tree beer can sleeve stuffed in confetti, but after tell you to leave a 5 star review that I would claim to be misleading. They actually dropped my case 2 weeks later with no explanation :( disappointed.
