Some of the worst communication I’ve seen by any professional establishment. My car accident injury case has been going on for a year now with Alexis. Someone lost control of their personal work truck and hit me head on resulting in a totaled pickup truck, several months of rehab, and the inability to work (I am a self employed general contractor). The person who hit me was under insured, but his insurance has agreed to a full payout. My insurance, however, is refusing to pay out on the under-insured motorist part of the policy I purchased. My representation, SHOULD be able to defend my right to that payout pretty easily. This is a pretty clear cut case. Why I am still waiting on a settlement, let alone a call to update me (over 2 weeks) is outrageous. My credit has fallen over 100 points due to buying a new vehicle out of pocket and maxed credit cards from when I could not work. On top of that, it seems that I have some permanent injuries that will not be addressed due to lack of funds. I have never been a part of a legal case or accident of this significance. It feels as if I am being taken advantage of because of that. It feels that because my case will be paying out so low in comparison to other cases that mine has been shuffled to the back-burner. This may be in-correct, but I wouldn’t know because my representation doesn’t even respond to my calls or messages.
