Interesting, once I sent this email to Malman, I never heard from them again! Thanks Diana for telling me you'd respond and didn't, I think it's clear why. Dear Malman Law, Thank you for your previous responses, which helped clarify many of my concerns. I do, however, have one additional question: If I choose to withdraw from the case before a settlement or judgment is reached, will I be responsible for reimbursing any case-related expenses (e.g., filing fees, investigation costs, expert witness fees, etc.)? I want to fully understand my financial obligations in case such a scenario arises. Additionally, I appreciate your offer to add a clause confirming that all expenses are waived if there is no recovery. If this clause could also address potential obligations in the event of case withdrawal, it would provide extra peace of mind. Thank you for your time and for addressing this matter.
