I truly could not recommend Malman Law more to anybody. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, because they go above and beyond around here. After I was in a horrible car accident in the summer of 2021, I contacted Attorney Bill S. at Malman Law. It was a four-seasons experience and he guided me through the entire process with respect and care. I truly could not be more thankful for Bill, Steve Malman, and the entire team at Malman Law. My case is settling for the Policy Limits and they really treat you like family. All my questions were answered thoroughly and the legal team helped guide me through some tough decisions. Also, I was able to conveniently meet with Bill at Malman's Rockford Office which was ideal coming from the Northwest suburbs. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them again should the need arise.

Honestly at first I wasn't going to make a review. I was a client since Jan and just recently ended with them. 1st I'm grateful for what I was able to get anything was a Blessing, but at same time I feel and was told, if I had went wit another law office would have been more, it takes forever for someone to call you back, out of these months I may have had them call me MAYBE 3xs I was the one who had to keep calling, texting and leaving messages, trust i understand they busy but almost 3wks for call back is crazy. I would recommend them if you don't want to know what's going on and you fine with being in the dark for awhile. They can do WAYYYY better with showing clients they care and not just look at the amount they worth. Call actually check up on the person. Being in car accident changed my whole mental, I have high anxiety being in cars now smh, my thumb is still messed up something they never said anything bout. But I tell anyone u be the judge it's not for me to say they are bad. I still say thx regardless.
