I had terrible experience with this law firm. After Attorney had my case for seven months called me and said they reconsidered not to pursue my case. Was not given a reason why. It took 4 months before talking with a Lawyer. I would not recommend to Law Office

Said they would look into it. Had to call them and then found out that they wasn't going to take it. These is supposed to be some of the top Lawyers but it's not it has to be simple in order for them to take it. I no for sure that didn't quite well look to well or quite understand what to exactly look for. Could have made a lot of money 💰. But I am fine now I have a good one now. Don't believe what you see on Tv

Please find another firm!! You will be happy you did!! I’m convinced these 5 star reviews are paid for.. We had court Monday for release of funds via zoom at the courthouse. For starters I had no idea who the attorney was from the firm representing me I have never talked with him this whole entire process. He stated to the judge they wanted to release funds in 60 days! I told the Judge that was unacceptable as it’s already been 4 years and the amount was settled last fall!!! The attorney then feels confident to inform the Judge that Malman has already received their funds. The judge agreed with me and asked him why do I need to wait so long. The attorney then responded to the judge they would write a check the next day. He never discussed with me how I go about receiving the check..does it get mailed? Do I have to come to the office to sign? He just exited the zoom. I called Malman later that afternoon as instructed by the judge. To no surprise at all they have yet to return my calls and messages! Ever since the settlement was agreed on and papers signed, communication has went totally out the window almost as if they are avoiding me. I will be making a trip to their office if not responded to by the end of the week! So if this is not the type of runaround you want to deal with in reguards to your lawsuit. I highly advise you search for another firm.

Malman law isn't what they say. I thought they would be able to help my family with the neglect my mother received but after 2yrs they dropped the ball. Not only did they drop the ball when they finally came to me for a deposition they had their errand boy write their own review for this ad. We were told we would receive a nice settlement and in the end only received about $12,000 after almost 3yrs. So in my opinion take your family problems elsewhere
