It's somewhat a hit and miss at times between glorious and just good.

They should get a minus rating. Still not understanding what's going on. Looking for another attorney to sort things out and also take care of Them.

Literally run! these reviews are phony. The lawyer suzanne has clients write them prior to outcomes. I am filing an ARDC report because of the truly unethical behavior of these people. Eventually I will be filing suit against them, they are that bad!

I am very happy I chose this law firm. She made a stressful situation into a positive experience. My lawyer helped me in my time of need. I was always happy to see my lawyer because she is very kind. She spent a lot of time explaining the entire process in detail and what is required. She spent several hours at our first meeting so I understood everything and answered all my questions. She would have kept talking to me the entire day if I didn't have to leave. She always invited me to see her to review everything and if I had any questions. I feel very relaxed and confident with her.

They maybe the cheapest around, but it’s not worth it!! Stay away from them; they collect your money, and don’t care about their clients. They answer your phones and even call you back to get your services; once money exchanges, you don’t hear anything not even email!! What’s so messed up they got $500 of my money with a balance of $94 and hasn’t returned my calls or emails. I am warning you all; stay away!! Went to the office today, they wouldn’t even let me upstairs. They answered the phone for the receptionist at the first desk. She claimed she was the answering service.. So of course they wouldn’t allow me in. However, I called straight back from my phone and no answer!! They think I’m playing I will get my money back..

They don't answer any calls an they put my number on the block list an the receptionist is very rude an she always say the lawyer in court all day I don't believe it they are sad as a business I call the bbb
