They don’t respond they are terrible it’s truly sad they are out here making your life harder and not easier. I’ve been calling and emailing nonstop since November no call back no email. NOTHING. They moved the office and didn’t even tell me I had to call the trustee to get an address on them. I’m literally sitting here crying because I’m tired of being on the bus with my 3 small children! They won’t return anything to help me get a car or anything! At this point I’m about to report them to EVERYONE I can until I’m done dealing with these low down lying unprofessional people! They played with the right one😃

My lawyer Susan answered the phone on Sunday of June 2020 and worked for me 6 months without being paid to get me money that was not even part of the case, and have helped me get a car, And helped me with other things that’s wasn’t part of my case,And encouraged and care just like I was family. And was even successful in my case being excepted by the courts.I guess everything is about reviews online. Thank u so much Susan for the relief u gave my children and I

You get what you pay for. I did like that a lot of their stuff was online. Answers when we needed them were slow to come by. My husband and i were self employed so i dont think we were the average bear. Situations changed and no longer needed to file. Never heard from them after that. Covid came in at the end of things and everything went haywire. I have been trying to contact them for a partial refund as we never filed Chapter 7..they have never called or emailed.
