I filed bankruptcy on 10/1/2016. it was $550 plus filing fee. it is affordable, but you can't get any answers from them even if you email them, call and leave 100's messages. NOBODY will call you or email you back, don't hope ! I tried many times, I only received emails when they were ready to update me with requirements. I saw my attorney twice, the 1st time with the initial visit when I paid their fees and the 2nd time when I had meeting of creditors (don't miss it), they will send you text message and email, and you will get official court paper. don't you hope they ever answer your call or email, but at the end my bankruptcy was successfully discharges at last!!

They will take your money with no regard to your case. I paid all money on time and suzanne says you can talk to her 24/7 but its a lie.You could never talk to a lawyer. You have to email or call the law firm, leave a vm and one of the paralegals will email you back a week and a half later. I filed my case a few days late and i couldnt get to suzanne to fix things. What a waste of time and money.

DO NOT use these people! they just took $300 deposit yesterday for a case I told this first thing this morning I didnt want to continue, asked for the deposit back they are giving me a run around I have reported to BBB in Chicago, and my local bank. They set up a gmail account and now they have went in and disabled it and changed the recovery address after I called their bluff. Glad I didnt give the the complete balance!

I want to thank Suzanne at Affordable Legal Services, she has helped me get a fresh start and I will always be grateful to her for that. Suzanne was always professional and easy to talk to. I would recommend Affordable Legal Services to anyone who needs legal services that they provide.

My lawyer Suzanne made me feel so much better about filing my case. At first I felt very uneasy about all the wrong financial decisions I made, but she fixed that with no problem. She made me feel very positive about my fresh start. Now I can think clearly about what I really want to accomplish with my life.

ITS BEEN 30 DAYS AND I HAVENT SPOKEN TO SUZZANE OR ANY ATTORNEY SINCE SHE TOOK MY $250. JUST THE RUDE ASS RECEPTIONIST WHO MAKE A THOUSAND EXCUSES WHY YOU CANT TALK TO ANY ATTORNEY! THATS IF THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. MY CASE WAS NEVER FILE, UNTIL YOU PAY IN FULL IS WHAT IM BEING TOLD NOW, BUT NOT AT THE BEGINING! I would like to say I've had a wonderful experience working with Affordable Legal services especially with my lawyer Suzanne. She made me feel very comfortable with filing bankruptcy. I ad a very bad experience filing bankruptcy in the past with another law firm and she really took the time listen and readily available to advise me on my situation. I have been extremely happy with Affordable Legal Services. They represented me in 2013 and because I was so impressed I hired them again in 2016. My Attorneys were very knowledgeable and very nice. I met with Attorneys and not paralegals or clerks and they took the time to explain everything to me. I felt that they cared for me. Their law firm fees were also the most reasonable that I found. I have recommend them to two people already, and will to all my friends and family.

This is a horrible company I wouldn't recommend anyone going to them they will not answer ur call you can a thousand times leave voice mail you still wouldn't get a call back they will not keep you up dated with ur case until it time for You to go to Court at the last minute witch might be 2-3 until ur court date bad company stay away from them
