Mr Rabi Singh is an excellent immigration attorney. He is diligent and cares about your issues. He have ample of time and dod not rush through things. During the pandemic I needed advice and wanted to meet him in person. I explained my need he was super generous to allow me to come to his office and meet. We discussed all the matters in detail without any time limit. I needer his help in filing 485 and associated applications. I had an issue and he appropriately guided me. He prepare the application and mention the issue in an adequate manner. He even advise me off contingency planning. He shared his experience with his past clients and assured me that my application will get approval. And rightly so within three months my 485 application was approved without any glitch. He’s also very calm and composed. Will also guide you and tell you in case there are any major hiccups in your application what next steps he would take to mitigate those issues. His fees were very reasonable. He was very clear and upfront about his fees. There were no in hidden charges. His paralegal Karishma also did a great job in filling out the application.

Anthony Joseph and Erin litigated my Hague Convention federal court case and, after a terrifying and tiring few months, we won our case!!
